Jameson Distillery Bow St. is the most celebrated address in Irish whiskey. A Dublin institution since 1780, and a centre piece of Smithfield. At our Visitor Experience in the heart of Dublin 7, the story of Jameson comes to life through our World’s Leading Distillery Tour, cocktail-making classes, premium whiskey tastings and blending classes. Each year we welcome half a million visitors from all across the globe through the doors of our 245-year-old Distillery building, where we connect our visitors to our world class whiskey production process and deep-rooted history.

The job

As a Brand Ambassador, you will give our guests the opportunity to touch, taste, smell, and interact with Jameson and our family of brands. You will help drive brand love across our full whiskey portfolio, inspiring passion for our products. No two days are ever the same in your role as a Brand Ambassador, which offers plenty of variety and challenges, with opportunities to rotate across different areas of the distillery experience – including our fantastic retail facility, buzzing bar, or delivering one of our award-winning tours.

One day, you might be hosting our five multi-sensory experiences, tours, and tastings. The next, you could be greeting guests at reception or showcasing and selling our whiskeys in our on-site retail store. Unlike the slow and deliberate process of whiskey maturation, the pace at Bow Street is fast and buzzing. It's an environment where our customer-first approach isn’t just a mantra – we live and breathe it every day.

About you

Our next Brand Ambassadors will have an infectious, outgoing personality, with great communication skills and a natural desire to deliver and exceed our visitors' expectations. You should be a great storyteller, energetic, and enjoy working in a consumer-centric role that offers variety and excitement.

You should be a hard worker who thrives in a team environment but knows how to have fun along the way! Like us, you should care about our heritage and be as excited as we are about inspiring passion for the products we are so proud to produce.

We welcome visitors from many different nationalities to our distillery experiences, so languages such as French and German would be helpful but are not essential. Ideally, our next Brand Ambassadors will have experience in a customer-facing role, whether in retail, bars, hotels, or customer care.

You might currently be studying at one of Dublin's universities and looking for part-time hours leading up to exam time, with the option of transitioning to a full-time position once exams are over. Alternatively, you might be working in hospitality or retail and looking to move to more daytime-focused hours, giving you more quality time with family and friends.
