At our Visitor Experience in the heart of Dublin 7, the story of Jameson comes to life through our World’s Leading Distillery Tour, cocktail-making classes, premium whiskey tastings and blending classes. Each year we welcome half a million visitors from all across the globe through the doors of our 245-year-old Distillery building, where we connect our visitors to our world class whiskey production process and deep-rooted history.
The job
The Support Team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of The Jameson Distillery. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, including preparation, set-up, organising equipment, replenishing stock, and maintaining the presentation of visitor-facing areas to the highest standard.
With exceptional training, you will be equipped to promote Jameson's incredible portfolio and our family of brands. You'll also have the knowledge and confidence to provide advice and guidance to visitors, enhancing their overall experience.

Ideally, our next Support Assistant will have experience in a similar role, whether in retail, bars, or hotels.
