**Job Title: Janitor** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and supplying designated building areas, performing routine inspection and maintenance activities, carrying out heavy cleansing tasks, and special projects, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed. **Responsibilities** + Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.) + Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities + Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects + Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs + Make adjustments and minor repairs + Stock and maintain supply rooms + Cooperate with the rest of the staff + Follow all health and safety regulations **Essential Skills** + General labor + Cleaning + Mopping + Sanitation + Sanitizing + Housekeeping + Facilities maintenance + Janitorial **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in janitorial services commercially or in manufacturing + Comfortable cleaning bathrooms and shop floor + Comfortable using ladder to clean ceilings + Comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts + Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs **Why Work Here?** Join our team to be part of a supportive and cooperative work environment.
