We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Janitors (internal title Porter Cleaner) at our Corporate Headquarters in Lincolnshire, IL. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a conducive work environment for our employees.
What You'll Do:
Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms to uphold cleanliness standards.
Sweep, mop, and maintain solid surface floors as needed.
Restock Candy, Milk, Cereal, and Ice Cream areas and vending machines.
Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture upholstery to remove dirt and debris.
Dust various surfaces and workspaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
Restock bathrooms with supplies and ensure cleanliness throughout the day.
Empty trash bins and handle recycling duties.
Clean interior and entryway glass to maintain a professional appearance.
Assist in ordering cleaning products and supplies as needed.
Tidy breakrooms, lunchrooms, and coffee areas post gatherings to ensure cleanliness.
Maintain a cleaning schedule and follow a detailed checklist provided by the company.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Shifts Available:
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Evening Shift: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
Prior cleaning experience is highly preferred.
Demonstrated high standards for cleanliness and organization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Ability to identify areas of improvement and contribute to the development of cleaning procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with representatives at all levels of the organization and external guests.
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to document work activities and read relevant cleaning supply information.
Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, may need to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
Pay Range:
