Monday – Friday from 7:00 pm – 1:00 am
Pay Rate COE: $16.20 PH
Key Responsibilities
Specific duties may include but are not limited to:
Cleaning and Sanitation:
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in common areas, hallways, and lobbies. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures, to maintain hygiene standards. Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed. Clean and maintain common area windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.Maintenance and Repairs:
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Property Manager or Head Custodian promptly. Assist with minor maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and painting as required. Conduct regular inspections of common areas to identify and address maintenance issues.Grounds Keeping:
Keep outdoor areas, such as walkways and entrances, clean and free from debris. Assist with landscaping tasks, including sweeping leaves and clearing snow from sidewalks, when applicable. Ensure garbage disposal areas are clean and well-maintained.Supply Management:
Monitor and replenish cleaning and janitorial supplies as needed. Maintain an organized and well-stocked janitorial supply room. Report supply orders to the Property Manager for restocking.Safety and Security:
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks. Report any safety hazards or security concerns to the appropriate authorities. Assist with emergency response procedures and drills as required.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies. Ability to operate cleaning machinery (e.g., vacuum cleaner, floor buffer) safely. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Basic maintenance and repair skills are a plus.Disclaimer:
