Summary
The Janitor at The Ramona Apartments is responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks associated with cleaning and repair of the overall property and individual resident units. Maintenance staff are expected to maintain BRIDGE Property Management Company’s high standards in order to present the property in outstanding condition and to provide residents with a safe, secure and well-maintained living environment.
Responsibilities
Clean designated internal and external building areas, including common areas and vacant unitsComplete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks according to property-specific task listPerform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitiesNotify management of deficiencies or needs for repairsMake adjustments and minor repairsStock and maintain supply roomsFollow all health and safety regulationsWork with maintenance supervisor and/or outside vendors to fulfill work ordersOther tasks as assignedQualifications
At least 1 year of prior experience in janitor work, preferably in an apartment or residential setting Ability to work with and around people in a positive and cooperative manner Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in handling cleaning and maintenance equipmentEmployee Benefits
