Get paid weekly!** **Job Description** Candidates will be responsible for general housekeeping duties of restrooms and cubical areas in the office. **Responsibilities** + Perform general housekeeping duties in restrooms and cubical areas. + Mop, dust, sanitize, and clean various office areas. + Sweep, vacuum, and spot clean as necessary. + Remove litter, waste paper, and broken down boxes. + Assist with construction tasks, moving furniture or shelving, and replacement of light bulbs. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 6 months of experience in janitorial duties. + Basic reading, math, and writing skills. + Average mechanical aptitude. + Exposure to cleaning chemicals. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with construction assistance. + Ability to move furniture or shelving. + Capability to replace light bulbs. + Bilingual skills are a plus. **Why Work Here?** Once converted, employees will have access to all benefits and facility amenities. **Work Environment** Casual dress code; employees will be provided with an HME work shirt.
