**Job Title: Professional Janitor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and professional janitor to service the City Place campus. This long-term career opportunity involves maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. **Responsibilities** + Mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors + Emptying trash cans in offices, hallways, and bathrooms + Cleaning bathrooms and refilling soap and paper towel dispensers + Organizing office furniture as needed + Cleaning windows and glass doors + Wiping surfaces **Essential Skills** + Experience with cleaning glass using squeegees and window cleaner + Understanding the importance of turning off lights and locking doors when space is not in use + Knowledge of how to replace a vacuum bag and filter + Proficiency in using a manual mop and broom **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Cleaning + Housekeeping + Janitorial + Mopping + Sweeping + Custodial + Janitorial duties + Housekeeping + Dusting + Sanitizing + Vacuuming **Why Work Here?** This position offers a long-term career opportunity with a consistent schedule, providing stability and a reliable work-life balance.
