Responsibility is to support the B. U. G. Specialist in performing tasks in the housekeeping and cleaning of the maintenance area and other designated areas in the plant along with any miscellaneous duties as assigned by department manager or any member of leadership. . Maintain housekeeping and 5S to standards set by management. Support the purpose of the team as stated in the “why” page by participating in initiatives and activities, and attending all meetings scheduled during shift. Additional job duties as assigned by Department Manager.
Safety:
Required – PPE must be worn while on your job. At a minimum safety glasses, steel toe shoes and hearing protection. Gloves are required on the production floor and warehouses at all times. Bump cap per company policy
Required – All safety policies and guidelines must be followed.
Required – Comply with safety participation program

Training:
Training requirements for this position are maintained in the Training Module of Compliant Pro.
Compliance with all workplace rules, policies and procedures, i.e. SQF, safety, etc.
Protective Equipment Required: Safety glasses, cut resistant gloves, ear plugs, hair nets, steel toe shoes, arc flash.
Testing and Measuring Ability (General Math): Ability to use and read basic measurement devices, (calculator, tape measure, and ruler). Lift truck (fork-lift) certification, operate pallet jack, and clamp truck. Excellent mechanical aptitude.
Written/Verbal Communications Skills: Follow and provide detailed instructions for training and quality. Provide information to management and production associates.
Computer Skills: Good computer skills (Email, MP2, Internet)
Essential/Marginal Functions and Physical Requirements
Essential: Walking around facility, housekeeping, lifting/carrying items, climbing stairs.
Marginal: Basic computer literacy, climbing ladder/scissor lift, etc.
