Job Description

To clean, and maintain the facility. Primary responsibilities  cleaning and maintaining restrooms, break rooms, carpets, and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Other accountabilities include – cleaning and supplying designated building areas, performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities, carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, making adjustments and minor repairs; stocking and maintaining supply rooms, and following all health and safety regulations.

Apart from proven work experience, the following skills represent an advantage to work – the ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, familiarity with material safety data sheets, and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma or GED is a common experience seen on job resumes.
