**Job Title: Janitor** **Location** East Stroudsburg, PA **Pay** $17.50 **Shift** 1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday, and rotating every other weekend. Will have 2 days off during the week when you work the weekend. **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of hospital rooms and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a clean and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors. **Responsibilities** + Clean and service hospital rooms and facilities + Perform janitorial duties such as mopping, sweeping, and dusting + Sanitize surfaces and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment + Dispose of waste in a safe and efficient manner + Restock supplies and equipment as needed + Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards **Essential Skills** + Experience in environmental service, custodial work, or housekeeping + Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures + Ability to perform janitorial duties including mopping and sweeping + Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus + Strong communication skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Why Work Here?** Join our team and make a difference in a healthcare environment.
