Our client in the Leominster, MA area is looking to hire a Janitor for their location. The ideal candidate will need the ability to operate power equipment (lawnmowers). Responsibilities for this position include performing seasonal landscaping and maintenance around the building (mowing lawn, trimming bushes, removing leaves, clearing snow, putting down ice melt/salt, sweeping stairs, etc.).

The Day-to-Day:

Clean cafeteria, sinks, and seating areas, focusing on times after usual meal breaks.Clean restrooms daily and replenish supplies (paper products and soap) as needed.Remove trash from production and office areas.Maintain clean floors throughout the building by sweeping, washing, and/or vacuuming as needed.Perform minor mechanical, carpentry, or painting repairs.

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs.Attention to detail.Ability to operate power equipment. (Such as lawn mower)Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.96 /hrMonday to Friday8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
