Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, straighten, and vacuum assigned areas, including cubicles, bathrooms, break areas, stairwells, entryways, and more.Exterior Maintenance: Sweep sidewalks, porches, and decks; ensure exterior cleanliness.Vehicle Detailing: Detail company vehicles as needed.Equipment Handling: Operate various cleaning equipment, including automatic scrubbers, carpet extractors, and buffers.Outdoor Work: Work outdoors for short periods, regardless of weather conditions.

Work Experience

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of one year of janitorial or related experience.License: Valid driver’s license for operating company vehicles between campus buildings and airport hangars.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for up to eight hours, including stairway management and overhead work.Adaptability: Capable of working in both environmentally controlled and non-environmentally controlled settings, with exposure to varying temperatures.
