Please see the job description below for more details. + **Job Title: Janitor** + **Job Duration: 6 months** + **Work shift (days/times): 2nd Shift: 2pm to 11pm, Mon-Fri** + **Location: Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania (PA), 15688** **Job Summary:** + The Janitor role is crucial to maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of our facilities. + The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties that keep the company’s premises in a clean and orderly condition. + Attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential. **Responsibilities:** + Regularly cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas. + Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas of the facility. + Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in a sanitary manner. + Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to replacing light bulbs and unclogging toilets. + Ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stored safely and are used in the correct amounts. + Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed. + Reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. + Assisting with setup and teardown for events or meetings. + Ensuring exterior areas such as walkways and parking lots are kept clean and free of debris. + Complying with all health and safety regulations and practices on site. **Qualifications and Skills** + Education: High School Diploma + Previous janitorial or cleaning service experience. + Ability to handle equipment and machinery used in cleaning. + Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods. + Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and maintain schedules. + Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality work. + Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. + Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend. **What happens next:** Once you apply, you'll move on to the next steps if your skills and experience are a good fit.
