**Job Title - Janitor**
**Job Description**
+ A mortgage company is seeking a dedicated janitor for a contract-to-hire position.
+ The janitor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the company's office buildings during the 3rd shift. 11pm - 7am
+ $18 - $19/hr
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform upkeep of buildings (3 floors in 2 different buildings next door to each other).
+ Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, including refilling papers, cleaning sinks, etc.
+ Restock break rooms with supplies.
+ Empty trash cans.
+ Wash windows, counters, and other surfaces.
+ Receive supplies from Waxie on a regular basis, inventory and re-stock supply room, putting supplies in proper areas.
+ Sanitize common areas and doorknobs using cleaning supplies and chemicals.
+ Lift 50+ lbs. on a semi-regular basis when using buffer or carpet cleaning machine, as well as unloading and moving supplies around the facility.
+ Exhibit a good attitude and a constant willingness to learn.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2+ years of janitorial experience within an office building environment.
+ Ability to adhere to a cleaning schedule on a regular basis.
+ Experience cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming a facility.
+ Experience working with Windex and other sanitizing products.
+ Experience interacting with employees in a professional manner.
+ Knowledge of cleaning protocols, including when to clean an area and how to not disturb meetings or calls.
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis.
+ Eagerness to learn and grow.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience working with a carpet cleaning machine or buffer is a plus.

**Work Environment**
+ You will work in an office building in Anaheim, CA.
+ The shift is from 11pm to 7am, with training on the graveyard shift.
+ The schedule is Monday through Friday, with rare Saturday or Sunday shifts. Typically, it is a straight 40-hour work week.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
