Job Description:

You will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility looking great.  To succeed in this role, you should have experience cleaning and basic building maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities:

General cleaning and minor maintenance of the buildingVacuum, sweep, and mop floorsClean up spills with appropriate equipmentPerform minor repairsNotify supervisors of major repairsCollection and removal of trashComplete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

Requirements:

Ability to manage your timeWork efficiently without supervisionAbility to lift at least 25 poundsHandle basic maintenance/building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial workAble to work safely with cleaning suppliesAbility to use cleaning equipment
