**Job Title: Janitor Cleaner** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Janitor Cleaner to provide quality customer service and attention to detail. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all. **Responsibilities** + Provide one-on-one attention to detail while delivering quality customer service. + Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors. + Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies. + Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery. + Dust and polish furniture and fittings. + Clean metal fixtures and fittings. + Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of trash in a sanitary manner. + Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and glass surfaces. + Make up beds and change linens as required. + Respond to housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, and sanitizing. + Previous service and cleaning experience from fast food, grocery stores, convenience stores, or hotels. + Customer service personality. + Ability to communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, hospital staff, patients, and family members. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers great benefits and is one of the largest Environmental Services (EVS) companies. This includes cleaning rooms thoroughly once a patient is discharged, which takes about 40-45 minutes per room. The role involves interaction with doctors, nurses, hospital staff, patients, and visitors. The candidate may also be assigned to any floor in the hospital. There are multiple openings for 1st and 2nd shifts with flexible start times. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
