We're looking for a motivated, quality-driven, light duty Janitor/Cleaner to join our team in Manitoba Public Insurance Service Center. The evening shift is Monday - Friday, 5:00PM - 10:00PM.

Your work will include:

Maintaining the floors; vacuuming as needed and damp mopping small areas of hard surface floorsCleaning and sanitizing that includes washrooms, common and entrance areasReplenishing any used or missing supplies (toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap)Dusting office cubiclesCleaning and polishing chrome and other polished metal surfacesSpot cleaning walls, partitions, light switches and doors, window sills, furnitureCleaning a garage floor thoroughly with a floor scrubber and other materials provided

Qualifications

Floor care experience an asset (able to scrub, buff and polish floors)Able to communicate with supervisor, Client and general publicAble to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and strong work ethicAble to lift up to 25 lbsWHIMIS certified (Training can be supplied)In order to work in this building, a background check is required
