IMMEDIATELY hiring janitors/ floor technicians for a manufacturing company located in the Swedesboro, NJ area for a FULL TIME and long term opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing deep cleaning of production equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for food manufacturing. This role involves working with heavy-duty chemicals and requires adherence to strict safety and sanitation guidelines. Other responsibilities will include buffering and waxing floors, using a floor scrubber machine to properly clean the floors, and helping out in other areas as needed. This is WWEKLY PAY and looking to interview IMMEDIATELY!

ResponsibilitiesClean the floor, equipment, and necessary areas for production the following day.Perform a deep clean prior to the next day of production.Clean and sanitize machines using chemicals, ensuring readiness for 5:30am production start.Clean and sanitize pipes that fill bottles and each piece of the production line.Ensure cleaning is performed only when machines are not running.Work with heavy-duty chemicals, utilizing provided PPE such as gloves and white suits.Essential SkillsExperience in industrial chemical sanitation, ideally in food manufacturing.Ability to work in a GMP/SOP environment, including wearing hair nets, glasses, and other required protective gear.Capability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs.Ability to work quickly and maintain good attendance.
