**1st Shift - Janitorial Position - $17/hr** **Call 330 224 1231 to set up an interview!** **Job Description:** Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and other cleaning duties throughout the manufacturing floor. Buff, wax, and polish the floor. Oversee painting in the facility as needed. Perform lawn care tasks for outside the facility such as mowing the lawn and weeding. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate team member. Follow all applicable safety procedures while on the production floor. **Shift:** + **First Shift - 6:00am - 4:30pm** **Responsibilities** + Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and other cleaning duties throughout the manufacturing floor. + Buff, wax, and polish the floor. + Oversee painting in the facility as needed. + Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing the lawn and weeding. + Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate team member. + Follow all applicable safety procedures while on the production floor. **Essential Skills** + Janitorial duties + Custodial + Housekeeping + Mopping + Sweeping **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous cleaning/janitorial experience required. + At least 6 months of janitorial experience working in a manufacturing setting in some capacity preferred. + Must be able to work independently/unsupervised. + Must be able to read and follow directions. + Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. + Must be able to work standing up for the majority of the shift. + Candidates must have an ownership mentality around cleaning the facility and take pride in their work. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
