**Job Title: Janitor Cleaner** **Job Description** Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail. Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors. Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies. Shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery. Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings. Cleans metal fixtures and fittings. Empties and cleans trash containers. Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner. Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and glass surfaces. Makes up beds and changes linens as required. Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout. Responds to guest queries and requests. Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses. This involves cleaning rooms from top to bottom and turning over the rooms once a patient is discharged, with each room taking about 40-45 minutes. Candidates may come in contact with doctors, nurses, hospital staff, patients, and family members/visitors. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericksburg, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
