SUMMARY

The County Market Janitorial Clerk is responsible for cleaning and perform light day-to-day repair of general maintenance items.

  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfactionGeneral Cleaning: Empties wastebaskets, cleans restrooms in detail, and replenishes suppliesVacuums hallways/offices, sweeps and mops all hard surfacesDusts furniture, blinds, etc.Light maintenance workShovels snow, replaces Light bulbsMinor repair work, paints, builds shelvesOperates pallet jack and forkliftCalls for outside assistance with a repair problem, if neededDuring peak hours, stocks groceries, helps customers, pushes cartsFollows all store and department policies and proceduresFollows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role modelOther duties as assigned by supervisor
