Job Summary:
Maintain specified common areas of assigned building, to include but not limited to, general custodial responsibilities. Work hours- 4pm-12am
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
High School or GED, preferred.
Experience
Prior janitorial experience preferred.
Licensure,
Certification, and/or Registration
None
Other
∙ Ability to work for periods of time without direct supervision.
∙ Knowledge of, or willing to learn, use of tools, equipment and supplies relative to janitorial duties.
∙ Must be able to work flexible hours.
∙ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
∙ Must be able to stand for long periods of time and able to perform duties that frequently require bending and lifting.
∙ Responsible for following and ensuring that all safety rules are followed and that appropriate safety equipment is used.

∙ Mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
∙ Waste removal and general cleaning.
∙ Pulling trash from containers in restrooms, hallways, common areas, and other areas as assigned.
∙ Assist in set-up and teardown of tables and chairs for pre- and post- facility events.
