Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Lead to manage and maintain cleanliness in three facilities located in Saginaw. This role involves cleaning commercial and industrial facilities including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal. The successful candidate will work both independently and within a team, providing direction to other janitorial staff.

ResponsibilitiesClean commercial and industrial facilities.Maintain and oversee the cleanliness of three facilities in Saginaw.Commute between the facilities using personal transportation.Perform mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal tasks.Work unsupervised and in a team environment.Provide direction to other janitorial staff.Essential SkillsExperience in janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning roles.Ability to perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.Proficiency in industrial and environmental cleaning services.Ability to sanitize and disinfect surfaces.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have personal transportation to commute between facilities.Experience in environmental service and dust collection is a plus.Why Work Here?

This position offers a 4-month contract-to-hire opportunity with good benefits once direct. The company has several clients in the Great Lakes Bay Region, providing job stability. It is a part-time position with the option for full-time hours, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.

Work Environment

The work shift is from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with additional hours available if desired. The role requires working in various commercial and industrial facilities, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment.

The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $14.50
