Summary: Seeking a Janitorial/Maintenance Technician for general building cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements:

1-year custodial experience

Reliable transportation

Driver's license

Ability to understand and speak English

Preferred Skills:

Experience with industrial floor buffing/polishing machines

Job Responsibilities:

General cleaning of the building

Maintain polished flooring using industrial floor buffing/polishing machine

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

Clean up spills with appropriate equipment

Clean and stock restrooms

Collect and dispose of trash

Maintain clean windows

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
