Janitorial Operations Supervisor at Scioto Services

Shift: Monday – Friday 5:00pm -1:30am

Hourly Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Location: Oberlin, Ohio

 

Requirements:

You must be 18 years old. 1 year of manager or supervisor experience preferred Driver’s License and reliable transportation- must have own vehicle For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. A pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and criminal background check are required. Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you will:

Maintain general cleanliness of assigned locationsAssist with training new and existing associates on general cleaning, equipment, and maintenance. Clearly and effectively communicate directions and expectations Complete pickup and delivery routes of supplies and laundry. Promote a safe working environment Manage associate attendance, work order assignments, safety audits and inspections. Attend and actively participate in meetings with site manager & night manager. Perform other duties as assigned
