We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Janitorial Supervisor to join one of the largest clean energy companies in the world. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and supporting various business management functions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, comfortable with numbers, and proficient in Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Within the day to day you will be traveling to the different locations within the Bay Area and occasionally Lathrop to perform "sit walks" and audits of the building to ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the building. A strong candidate will have experience working with a Janitorial Union, as you will be responsible for the communication between the Janitorial Supervisors in order to set expectations. You will support in the budget planning and financial forecasting for all vendors including Janitors, Laundry service, office supplies, exc.
This role will include working with cross functional teams as well as being on your feet for site walks and audits roughly 50% of the time.
The hourly pay rate ranges from $45-$48
