**Job Title: EVS Technician for local hospital** **Job Description** We are seeking an EVS Aide/Tech to conduct general discharges and cleaning of patient rooms, common areas, halls, and restrooms for a major hospital facility. The role requires performing terminal cleaning, working in surgical areas, and cleaning areas where patients received treatment for COVID. **Responsibilities** + Perform general cleaning and discharges of patient rooms. + Maintain cleanliness of common areas, halls, and restrooms. + Conduct terminal cleaning in surgical areas and other specialized zones. + Clean and disinfect areas where patients received treatment for COVID. + Ensure adherence to hospital cleanliness and safety standards. **Required Skills** + At least 2 years of RECENT custodial/janitorial experience + Cleaning/Housekeeping + Mopping/Sweeping + **Ability to work all weekends and holidays.** + Flexibility to work from 2pm-10:30pm or 5pm - 1:30am **Work Environment** The work environment is a hospital facility - candidates will be required to clean urine, vomit, blood and other substances. The position requires working in different shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
