Job description

Infosys is seeking Technology Lead (Sr. Java Developer)
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to the sites on need basis.

Experience in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Oracle SQL, Amazon Web Services

Preferred Qualification:

At least 4+ years Excellent hands-on experience in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Oracle SQL, Amazon Web Services

Experience working on Postgres database

Experience working on Production/Maintenance projects

Experience with integrations and the ability to customize features to meet business requests

Experience configuring existing system and providing user support

Experience collaborating with different teams to produce desired results

Experience writing clean and scalable code
Experience with unit testing

Experience leading and running production releases and deployments

Experience serving as an expert on applications and provide technical support

Experience with Agile framework and SCRUM
Experience working with Dynatrace /datadog for application monitoring

Support production issues and weekend upgrade activities

Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product

Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, Non-functional requirements (NFRs)

Experience working in and have good understanding of Development process like Agile

Having good analytical ability

Having good communication skills is must as the role requires to perform regular discussion with client and business teams for eliciting the requirements

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
