Responsibilities:

Hands-on development and leading and mentoring junior developers.  Understand the business need and solution and collaborate with Strategy and BA teams.  Focus on quality of the product; unit testing to supporting QA team during testing cycles. Maintain high level of coding standards.  Patriciate in and lead code inspection and refactoring. Ensure architectural choices lead to scalable solutions. Keen eye on managing technical debt on an ongoing basis. Automation in every aspect of development including CI/CD. Code management (branching, release, tagging, check-in and checkout procedures etc.).
