Experience the power of a game-changing career. **Title: Java Architect (Telecom experience)** Remote – USA **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer/Technical Architect with expertise in Java Spring Boot. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and implementing code standards to build robust APIs. This role will involve cross-team collaboration to enhance business logic and ensure standards are uniformly applied. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and Implement Code Standards: Lead the development and application of coding standards for API construction. + Cross-Team Leadership: Collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and integrate business logic across projects. + Technical Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge in Java Spring Boot to guide architectural design and development decisions. + Project Management: Oversee technical planning, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet standards. **Required Qualifications:** + Experience: Minimum 10 years in software development, focusing on Java Spring Boot. + Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and projects. + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to varied audiences. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. + Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues. **Salary Range:** The base salary range for this position is 109,749 - 164,623 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
