· The focus is server-side development and they’re looking for a strong Java developer

o Primarily, programming via LDAP interfaces to get group data from the directory registries for the role-based development collaboration provided by IBM CLM

· Some client-side UI experience (JavaScript, Dojo) would be helpful

o Experience with Jazz Foundation, OSLC, and/or the IBM CLM portfolio (RTC, RQM, RRC) would be a plus

· LDAP experience, some JavaScript/Dojo UI work, and familiarity with Rational tools would be great.
