Communication: Strong communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration in a remote and asynchronous work environment. Requirements Required Skills and Experience: Engineering Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in building, maintaining, and scaling highly available web platforms. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java for building and scaling applications and Python for modern lambda applications. Databases: Expertise in SQL and working with relational databases. Source Control: Solid understanding of Git or similar source control tools, with experience in Agile environments. Cloud Solutions: Experience designing and implementing AWS cloud solutions using Terraform. Results-Orientation: A strong focus on delivering project milestones within the contract period, combined with strategic thinking and excellent communication. Preferred Skills and Experience: Security Knowledge: Understanding of the least privilege principle and application structure.
