Basic Qualifications:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities

· Bachelor's degree and 14 years of experience or Masters and 12 years of experience

· 5 years of experience with Java and JEE technologies.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience with the following:

· Object Oriented Analysis skills with experience in design documentation.

· Object Relational Mapping technologies like JPA/Hibernate.

· SOA and web service technologies.

· Working on Struts 2.0 framework and writing complex SQL queries.

· Working experience of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS.

· Database experience with relational database systems like DB2, Oracle.

· Using the IDEs like RAD, RSA.

· Different application servers, preferably IBM Websphere application server.

· Extensive knowledge of Design patterns and UML experience.

· Must have the ability to contribute to design and architecture discussions.

· Must have strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills.

· Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Project, MS Power Point, and MS Visio.

· Must have development, design and production support experience.

· 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.

· Experience with Mainframe technologies including CICS, COBOL, DB2 is a plus.

· Experience working with Government contracts is preferred.

· Knowledge of SSA business process and systems is a plus.

· Experience in Database design would be a plus.

· Experience in Stored Procedures is a plus.

· Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

· Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment.
