Java Developer
We are looking for a Software Engineer responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Employee Experience Technology environment. Software developers design, code, test, debug, and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. Following established written procedures, guidelines, and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Individual contributor role: fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed. Working knowledge of business or function for which application is designed. Often responsible for the completion of a phase of a project. Provides guidance and checks the work of less experienced associates. **Key Responsibilities** + You will develop backed software using Java. + You will develop React screens. + You will develop and test REST services, test them using CURL and other tools like Insomnia. + You will work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM conversions to a modern stack that uses Java, React and Liferay + You will work with users and diagnose their issues and figure out solutions. + You will be part of a team that lives and breathes Agile and believes in The Agile Manifesto following all ceremonies including a daily stand up where you will provide progress, status, blockers **Required Skills:** + Strong core Java skills including multi-threading, collections API, JDBC and knowledge of Java profiling tools. + Must have worked on the front end.
