Kforce has a client that is seeking a Java Developer in Westlake, TX. Responsibilities: * Java Developer will provide Level 1 and Level 2 Application support for production environments * Investigate and resolve system generated alerts * Investigate and resolve user raised incidents and service requests * Coordinate with different teams for incident resolution * As a Java Developer, you will escalate issues to Engineering team if issues are beyond scope * Should be able to provide tactical solution to make sure business continuity * Participating in the Defined Benefit team's effort to improve the efficiency and quality of the entire production support process
