Description

We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

•\tResponsible for maintenance, upgrade, and performance optimization of existing system.

•\tParticipate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

•\tCollaborate effectively with local and global project teams, including developers, project managers, stake holders to ensure cohesive and coordinated effort in application development.

•\tAssist to identify business needs and recommend technical solutions to fulfill business needs.

•\tProvides direct technical support for high level, high visibility and critical trouble calls for supported applications.

•\tWork in a fast-paced agile environment, deliver sprint tasks on time

Skills & Qualifications

•\tBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

•\t10+ year experience on Core Java including OOPS, exception handling, Collections Framework, abstraction, inheritance etc.

•\tExtensive experience with JDBC, SQL queries and database interactions.

•\tMust have solid working knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST-based) and associated mechanisms (messaging protocols, WSDL, etc).

Plus

•\tExperience with Integration with Enterprise Service Buses using JMS.

•\tGood Understanding of JNI to C library.

•\tExperience of building tools like Jenkins, Ant, Maven, Gradle, etc.

•\tProficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git, SVN, and Mercurial).

•\tFluency in English (verbal/written) and with good communication & interpersonal skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
