**Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Java Developer to join their team.** As a **Java Developer** , you will be part of the Software Development Department, supporting various business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and excellent technical expertise, which will align successfully with the organization. **Job Title: Java Developer** **Location: Seattle WA** **Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2** **What’s the Job?** + Work closely with business and technical architects to implement solutions that protect software applications in the banking domain. + Create prototypes to validate design concepts and document application states using UML diagrams. + Oversee software development processes, including Analysis, Technical Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment phases within SDLC. + Provide technical supervision to development teams, ensuring timely and budget-conscious software delivery. + Offer strategic technical guidance and system architecture support to senior management and business leaders. **What’s Needed?** 1. 10+ years of hands-on experience developing large-scale, mission-critical Java/J2EE applications. 2. Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Microservices, and SQL (Oracle PL/SQL). 3. Experience developing RESTful services using Spring Boot and SOAP Webservices. 4. Knowledge of Apache Kafka, JUnit, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools like Maven, GIT, and IntelliJ. 5.
