**Job Description** BAE Systems is looking for an experienced senior-level Java Developer to join a strong team supporting our government customer. The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, testing, coding, and developing Java software to meet user s needs; recommending software upgrades for current and future systems; ensuring software continues to function normally through software maintenance, upgrade, and testing; and documenting every aspects of the application, service or environment as a reference for future operations and maintenance, including version and platform upgrades. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline + 8 years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems. + At least 4 years of experience using Java software. Demonstrated senior level expertise in java development in lieu of years of experience may be substituted on a case by case basis. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
