As a team member, you will contribute to our financial advisor and branch experiences. You will support key strategic initiatives for our North American Operations, working with key stakeholders across our Branch and Service divisions.

What You’ll Do…Considered a subject matter expert in an I.S. discipline (business solutions, systems development, infrastructure area, planning, security) and have experience across multiple platforms in an area or multiple technologies in a layer (network, computing, operating systems, data, application infrastructure, appliances, business solutions, security, systems management)Actively mentor and train other associates in their area of expertise. Provide direction as to the effective use of technology within the enterprise architecture. Participate in the team’s on-call support rotation.Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Models as well as expert knowledge of Agile, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration  Work in an agile delivery team to break down stories and deliver functionality in sprints.Provide leadership related to technical aspects of tools, methodologies, best practices and processes and standards that apply to their technical area of expertise. Research technical improvements and take the initiative to communicate/implement solutions.    Subject matter expert level code writing/oversight. Conduct code walkthroughs to ensure the quality of programs developed by   other   associates.Knowledgeable in globalization (g11n), particularly with respect to technology design and deployment for a multi-national firm.
