Job description
Infosys is seeking a Java Full stack Lead Developer with application maintenance and support experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing support for the In-House product from customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to provide user support, maintain and upgrade the applications. Develop new features and write test scripts. Troubleshoot the issues on the systems. Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the product discussions.
This position is based out of Dallas, TX. Candidate can work from anywhere in USA and or Remote during CST time zone. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 Years of experience in Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Atleast 7 years overall experience Java/J2EE technologies in developing J2EE based web application
• Experience in development using Java Spring ecosystem, Spring boot framework, JAX-RS and RESTful Web Services/SOAP
• Experience in Unit Test Automation and Scripting and Test Frameworks
• Hands on exposure to using Automation Framework like TestNG, Selenium , Katalon, Cucumber, Soap UI pro to write Automation Scripts
• Using Automation tools and framework for automating testing across web and mobile platforms
• Experience in CI/CD, Jenkins tools, Build and Test automation integration with DevOps pipeline
• Experience in writing automation scripts for API testing and request, response validation
• Good understanding of test plans, test cases for Functional, System Integration, UAT, and Regression Testing
• Good understanding of writing Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Coverage
• Experience in Telecom domain is a plus
• Competent in Agile execution Process
• Good Analytical and communication skills
• Ensure compliance to processes set by clients
• Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
