We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Participate in the design and planning of projects in conjunction with the Leads, other IT, business users and external partners.Primary accountability is to develop the most appropriate IT solutions in line with the solution design, to meet customer needs, ensuring continuous improvement.Accountable for the operational stability, integrity and availability of products and services supported by the pod.Accountable for the performance of the pod activities and maintaining performance in line with benchmark objectives (inc productivity, quality, and effectiveness measures)Support the solution architect to ensure that solutions and services are supported by the right architectures systems.Optimize databasesand ensure data integrity and performance using relational and non-relational databases.Implement robust caching solutionsand improve data retrieval performance.Work with CI/CD pipelines,Git version control, and automated testing to streamline deployment.Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot.

Bachelors/Master’s degree with 10 years of IT experience in Investment Banking (BFSI Domain)Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Micro services, REST, Cloud native application developmentTools: Jira, Confluence, ALM, PostmanHands-On Architecture Design experience in Application Architecture domain, Micro services, Containers based applications.Web Technologies: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful servicesMicro services architecture - design and developmentContainerized applications development with Kubernetes and DockerHands on experience on SQL queries Unix/Oracle.Strong expertise inRESTful API design,development, and integration.Proficiency in database management with Mongo/Oracleor other relational databases.Solid understanding ofobject-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns,andfunctional programmingconcepts.Strong expertise in Jenkins and CI/CD PipelineStrong Communication Presentation Skills are required for effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders / teams across the group and for chairing Enterprise level working groups
