Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Java J2EE-Advanced to join their team. As a Java J2EE-Advanced, you will be part of the Software Engineering Group supporting various projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Java J2EE-Advanced
**Location:** Newark, DE (Currently 3 days a week in the office, transitioning to 5 days)

**What's the Job?**
+ Apply your expertise in Java J2EE and design techniques to develop and implement software solutions.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
+ Lead and mentor teams in Agile frameworks, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
+ Utilize advanced technologies such as AWS, Oracle, and Shell scripting to enhance system performance.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the development of best practices in software engineering.
**What's Needed?**
+ Extensive experience in Java J2EE and the software development lifecycle.
+ Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a track record of leading teams.
+ Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Cloud Development.
+ Experience with Oracle SQL and data analytics tools like Cognos or Tableau.
+ Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
