-   Java programming experience (PHP, Python, SOAP, Rest, JavaScript is a PLUS)

-   Familiarity with Linux, Windows 2003/2008 Server and Solaris operating systems

-   Apache and Tomcat experience

-   Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases

-   EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST
