Must Have:

-   7 years software development

-   Create designs and approach from requirements for product enhancements with the help of a senior member

-   Experience with Java Open Source frameworks: Spring, Struts, Hibernate

-   4+ years Java development (J2EE, JDK, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, HTML)

-   Experience leading a small team of developers

-   Experience with J2EE 1.5, XML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript

 

Preferred:

-   Experience with UML

-   Object-oriented design experience

-   Leading design and development of XML web service
