Key Skills: Tech Lead, Project Management, Core Java, Spring Batch, Workflow (JBPM), (Oracle and/or Teradata)
· Proven technical lead and project management experience.
· 10+ year of Industry experience (finance industry is a plus)
· Experienced with large scale data acquisition initiatives and ability to create and maintain detailed WBS project plans.
· Prior experience of working with multiple teams (local, virtual/global) and ability to co-ordinate track and expedite tasks.
· Strong core Java and spring batch experience is must.
· Very good understanding of workflow concepts and exposure to developing an open source based workflow application (JBPM)
· Extensive experience of working with Oracle and Teradata. Ability to write scripts to handle large data volume (SAS experience is plus)
· Ability to pick up new technologies, solve complex technical problems and multitask between different projects
· Should be able to demonstrate both technical and functional/business knowledge regarding past projects
· Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
· Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driving environment.
· BS or equivalent degree in Computer Science or equivalent fields
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
· Prior working experience with Citibank or Retail banking is a big plus.
