About this opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Java Developer to join our 5G Cloud Native R&D organization. You will work with innovative technologies and join a team of impactful developers to deliver innovative products to our customers. You will enjoy an empowering and flexible work environment as part of Ericsson Spain R&D located in Madrid.
 

What you will do:
Develop, build and maintain critical 5G Cloud Native database product using microservice technology.
Work with technologies such as containers (Kubernetes), cloud, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Be part of a self-organized impactful team of SW Developers.
 

The skills you bring:
Expertise in Java.
Good understanding of Distributed Databases concepts and Telecommunications.
Hands-on experience as a user or developer of a distributed database technology will be highly appreciated.
5G knowledge will be a plus.
Strong development practices including code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing.
Good communication skills and open personality.
Proficient in English.
Desirable: Knowledge of database concepts and cloud-native (Kubernetes, Dockers).

This role requires the candidate to work from our Madrid office three times per week.
