Should have Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, preferred profiles with Java Certifications
Ready to play a role of Individual contributor and should be hands on
Strong in Core Java 1.6 & 1.7.
Good at Performance tuning Java applications
Strong working experience Threads.
Knowledge of Oracle Database, performance tuning of sqls.
Experience working with application Front End.
Knowledge of Java Messaging.
Knowledge of ESB like Tibco Smart Socket.
Should be able to work on Unix platform .
Good to have working experience with ClearCase and TFS.
Good to have knowledge in Java Swing.
Very good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to understand customer initiatives, long term plan, IT strategies etc.
Strong Business and Application Analysis Skills with Excellent Communication and Professionalism.
MOST IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTES FOR THESE POSITIONS: Multithreading; SQL and Core Java experience
