Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Engineer with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. Candidate will be leading the design and development of sophisticated software solutions using Agile methodology. Should have expertise in Java, AWS Cloud, Spring Boot and API development. This role involves crafting and implementing scalable solutions in a hybrid work model. Will supply to the company's growth by using their technical skills to deliver high-quality solutions. Lead the delivery of payment solutions ensuring high-quality and timely execution. Supervise the development and deployment of microservices using Spring Boot and Java 11. Provide technical mentorship and support for Typescript Programming and AWS Lambda. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to craft and implement AWS Services. Ensure the scalability and reliability of payment systems through effective microservices' architecture. Supervise and optimize system performance to meet business requirements. Handle project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with partners to collect requirements and define project scope. Implement standard methodologies for software development and delivery. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. Give mentorship and support to team members to develop professional growth. Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve service delivery and customer happiness.

Required Qualifications

Back end - Java Spring Boot, Maven, Typescript, NodeJS, AWS CDK, SDK & REST API development Cloud Data Stores - AWS RDS(Aurora/MySQL/Postgre SQL), S3 & Dynamo. Desirable: Azure DevOps On-Prem DB: DB2 & Sybase CI/CD - GitHub, GitHub Actions Security - Authentication and authorization frameworks like Oauth 2.0 and Spring security

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for the position is between $89,100– $140,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
