**Job Responsibilities**
1. Facilitate orientation and other trainings for new and existing employees.
2. Translate (verbal and written) as needed.
3. Maintain personnel records (maintain confidentiality of all records and information)
4. Must be able to work with Oracle, ADP, AwardCo, Alchemy and any other systems in HR.
5. Departmental announcements at break with Team Leaders.
6. Bring employees to their appointments (work related).
7. And any other tasks asked from your manager or tech.
**Minimum Qualifications**
1. Great interpersonal skills
2. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Bilingual skills verbal and written (Spanish/English)
5. Team Player
6. Great attendance record
7. Must be able to be trusted with confidential sensitive information.
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Base knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...
At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and it dertermained within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $20.62-$28.87 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
